Voice Talent Castings
Audiobook recording requires very experienced readers able to go through thousands of words consistently but allowing for the right emotions to be heard. Not just any reader can deal with the physical challenges of narrating a book. It begins with long days filled with nothing but speaking the words you see as they scroll past you on a screen. Every word read is followed by a supervisor to make sure nothing is omitted.
All of it is proof-read carefully to make sure the audio matches the book and there are no noises.
Our dedicated sound editor will work the audio for final delivery, adding chapter intros, credits and so on. It is a task that requires attention to detail during long, long sessions.
Casting Voice Talent
First person, third person, dramatisation, … these are the initial questions we look into. Regional accents, age, foreign words, … all of it determines who is the right actor to read each audiobook.
Most of our voice actors are also working on the best theaters in London coming to our studios during the day to bring their talent to our projects.
Some studios can record one audio book or two. We are ready to undertake any amount you may have on your catalogue.
